Fight Foreclosure and Win

Fight Foreclosure and Win, Don't Run Away: Make Them Produce the Note and much much more....

Fight Foreclosure and WIN, we did!!!

UPDATE: We won our case in the Oklahoma Supreme Court

Dec 3, 2010 - We won our Forclosure Fight in Oklahoma Supreme Court: Click here to read Oklahoma Supreme Courts Opinion

If you are in foreclosure, you must read the above opnion and the document referenced in the opnion at: http://ssrn.com/abstract=1684729.

Did I just contribute to taking down MERS????

You must read and understand this Opnion: It is saying that MERS is a joke. Any assignment from MERS is of no legal effect and any assignment of the mortgage is of no legal effect. The mortgage follows the note. The note is all that matters and it must be properly endorsed through the full chain of tilte or it cannot be foreclosed upon. (i.e. Only the entity who is on the note has a right to foreclose)

Holy crap.  Good luck all!!!!

I received no respect in my county court so I appealed to the supreme court and won!!!!

Want to fight your foreclosure and win?

When facing foreclosure Time is of the Essence. You MUST act fast to protect your rights and stop foreclosure. Many people who need foreclosure assistance simply do nothing and hope for a miracle. Don't fall into that trap! Now is not the time to bury your head in the sand, now is the time to fight for your most important and expensive asset.

Once you've been served with the summons or complaint, depending on your state, you have between 20-30 days to fight back and stop your home from being sold right out from under you. The longer you wait the harder and more expensive your fight will be.

Afraid you've missed your chance? Even if your sale date is just days away, in some cases it's still possible to stop the sale and keep you in your home - but don't wait another day to file an "Answer" with the court to stop the foreclosure

We don't want to pressure anyone, but we would be remiss if we did not inform you of the time sensitive nature of the foreclosure process.  We want to help you act before it's too late and your lender gets a default judgment and takes your home.
